The Loft is found in the idyllic village of Barton-Under-Needwood in the County of Staffordshire. The village is home to the beautiful Barton Marina, independent shops, Co-op, excellent restaurants (mainstream, gastro, Thai and Indian), cafe’s\/coffee shops, take away restaurants, art gallery, and a small independent cinema showing all the latest releases. The Loft sits in the heart of the village above our very own wine bar \u2018Vin-X\u2019. Here you can relax in a warm and friendly environment whilst exploring a plethora of wonderful wines from around the World. In addition you can enjoy one of wonderful charcuterie platters, small platters and book fun and informative wine tastings (all pre-bookable<\/strong>). There is beautiful countryside all around with marked walks, canal paths and numerous places to explore. The neighbouring village of Alrewas is on the National Bike Route and home to the National Memorial Arboretum. Barton Under Needwood is situated on the edge of the vast and stunning Peak District with many great walks and places of interest. Also nearby you will find Drayton Manor Theme Park, Alton Towers, Lichfield Cathedral, Tamworth & Tutbury Castles, St George\u2019s Park, where the England and National football teams train and stunning National Trust properties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The space<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The loft has been renovated to a high standard with luxury Super King<\/strong> sized beds in each bedroom, luxurious bedding and comfortable chairs throughout. The main bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a bath and shower over. The second bathroom, found just outside bedroom two, has a walk in shower. Complimentary toiletries and towels are provided in both. The bedrooms have fans should it be warm, hanging rails and USB ports. In the kitchen you will find all the equipment you need to create a home from home with a single oven, four ring electric hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washer\/dryer and a dining table to seat 4. There is also a coffee machine, toaster and kettle, TV, DAB radio, Bluetooth speaker and games\/reference books. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Outside there is a small patio area with table\/chairs, parasol, lighting and a remote controlled heater. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our Services<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

We provide the following for our guests:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fresh milk, tea, coffee\/pods, hot chocolate, sugar, bread\/condiments, salt and pepper, olive oil and balsamic vinegar. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Washing up liquid, sponge\/dishcloth, bin liners, toilet paper, shower gel\/shampoo\/conditioner, hand soap, washing pods and dishwasher tablets are also provided plus an ironing board\/iron, clothes steamer and hairdryer.

Other things to note<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rates – \u00a3170 per night, a reduced rate of \u00a3150 per night is available for one bedroom\/bathroom occupancy. Discounts are also available for longer stays or regular bookings, please contact us for further information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Parking is just around the corner, behind the Co-op in the main village car park, no more than a one minute walk away
<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– There is a strictly no smoking\/no vaping policy and pets are not permitted. These house rules are to be observed by both guests and visitors alike <\/p>\n\n\n\n

– <\/strong>We are very particular about presenting a spotlessly clean and hygienic space. Bed linens and guest towels are always professionally laundered *please help us to help the environment by placing all used towels in the bath\/shower on departure<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Finally, it is really important to us that our guests have a wonderful experience when staying. Please note the apartment is above our Wine Bar which can be very busy, particularly at weekends. Background noise can travel to the apartment but it is generally all quiet by 23.00\/23.30. Please ask if you have any questions\/concerns.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
